Gino assessed accurately within the first session what I could immediately achieve and the absolute maximum height I could achieve with support and encouragement. He then encouraged me to find the right support team and get them behind me. Slowly, I could see myself achieving higher and higher heights – finally I could jump (or more correctly step) into my dream I had started the year with.
