As a facilitator Gino helped us to more clearly focus on our returned volunteers training aims and objectives, and provided us with the challenging questions we needed to identify what we wanted to achieve for our organisation and for the returned volunteers. The biggest result we needed was for volunteers to come away inspired and with the motivation to deliver effective presentations to their local community. Participant feedback well and truly showed that the training hit the mark. The key for us was the long term support and investment, in improving our training models and evaluating what works.
