Working with Gino as my coach enabled me to externalise my internal thoughts, fears and hopes. I was able to evaluate where I was in life and creatively consider how I could shape my life for the better. By sharing practical tools with me I was able to formulate a concrete plan which has helped guide me ever since. I now have a much clearer sense of my own values and characteristics and more importantly, I appreciate those aspects about myself more and view them as strengths and assets that set me apart from other people. Overall I feel more confident, secure in myself and the unique contribution I have to make to the world.
