Gino comes from a not for profit service delivery and management background. He is currently working towards formal International Coaching Federation Accreditation.

Life Coaching By Design builds on the work that Gino has been doing for the last 17 years working with individuals, groups, workplace teams and managers.

Gino’s career experience and area of interest is in utilising a creative cross disciplinary approach that supports individuals, groups, workplace teams and managers, through training and one on one work, to identify their natural talents and develop strategies and interventions for maximising passion, success, and contentment. 

He is experienced in the development of creative education and change pathways that assist people to gain better clarity and sense of purpose in their lives.

Gino is currently working towards formal International Coaching Federation Accreditation, through the International Coaching Acadamy

The best analogy for Gino in his work with me comes from athletics and the high jump. Gino assessed accurately within the first session what I could immediately achieve and the absolute maximum height I could achieve with support and encouragement. He then encouraged me to find the right support team and get them behind me. Slowly, I could see myself achieving higher and higher heights – finally I could jump (or more correctly step) into my dream I had started the year with.
